CT Second chance Website

Second Chance is an initiative by the Second Chance Business Coalition that provides employers with resources to hire and support the career advancement of individuals with criminal records. The program aims to strengthen the workforce while promoting meaningful rehabilitation opportunities for those reentering society after incarceration.

The Second Chance website enhances accessibility by adapting the coalition's Employer Toolkit into a responsive digital platform, allowing users to easily access resources across desktop and mobile devices.

This website was developed in collaboration with Central Connecticut State University's Graphic Design, Criminal Justice, and Management departments. Students Tyler Nguyen and Caroline Marek led the design process under the guidance of Professors Peggy Bloomer, Jeanne Criscola, Stephen Cox, and Heidi Hughes.
